How does taking PTO affect your utilization? Does taking PTO while on bench affect your utilization anyhow? Thank you

EY Seattle! Just found out we will be moving to Seattle because of my husband's job. I've never been there. How is EY office there in terms of size, clients, culture, layoffs, utilization, etc.?

what difference does 109% vs. 100% utilization make at Year End? Latter basically means you took your PTO, former means you worked every minute of the year (Consulting, S&O)
