Weird, it was there last week when they rolled out the new design. Maybe they decided to get rid of utilization 😂😂😂😂

I’m a 29 YO female, almost 6 years experience total, at a 115 base, guaranteed 126 if I meet utilization, with potential for more bonus. No target school or MBA. A&M folks - what is a realistic expectation for 1Y and 2Y at SA level in PEPI? Seeing offers at 130k vs B4 which is floating around 165k. Looking at TC at B4 with bonus being around 200k. I like the work & culture a lot more at A&M but base comp concerns me. We've all seen people flexing their bonuses but I'm looking for honest level setting (older w/ family) since you'd have to hit 50% to get close. Can anyone provide a little more insight? Would you rather stay in a niche that you’ve been doing well in, but you happen to find not too interesting, or try new areas and risk not doing as well? Ive been in pharma analytics for the last 4 years, receive good client feedback, good raises / promotion and have learned a lot. But I’m not sure if I want to continue in pharma long term.
