After weeks of prep, interviewer for my case interview said all responses and logic were perfect. Man does it feel good to be done!

Is Accenture on a hiring freeze? Was told over a month ago I would receive a final written offer and the recruiter has not received the approval from leadership. Been 8 weeks from interviews and waiting on final offer. Seems off

If you quit company A, and started at company B just over a month ago, and have been in the interview process for company C in parallel and did not mention about company B or quitting company A to company C, since it’s all happening around the same time - do you need to mention company B during background check for company C?

Landed an interview at BMO and have a two interviews: a case and a behavioral interview. I'm not sure what to expect from the case and was wondering what advice, if any, folks may have.

Hey fishes. I’m starting interviews for advisory/leadership, human capital roles with a few consulting companies (big 4, kearney, BCG). But I come from industry and boutique consulting.

How do I start to prep? Where can I find the right cases? What tips are there to ace the interviews

I interviewed before with Accenture and McKinsey, but thought I could have prepared the case different.

How much time did you spend preparing your stories and answers for the fit interview?

Striking out for T2 interview invites but got final round for 2 out of 3 MBB.. is there any logic to this? Networked with all

How do y'all handle an interview process that requires a sample of your work?

Does it help to show “open to work” on LinkedIn , especially when you have an offer in the works, but not in hand. It will be 3 months already since interviews were cleared Will it give wrong signals to the company that is working on the offer? Should I wait or look out for my self? Also, does the “open to work” status add positive value to the job search
Or is it seen as red flag?

I interviewed with managers at PwC for a senior associate position (internal firm services, no consulting) a week ago. Should I send a follow up or wait a few more days?

My application status says is still under “interviewing”.

From the people I've met, it would seem like there is a lot of work to be done, but people are welcoming and seems balanced enough. Is my assumption correct? Would appreciate any insight here. Anybody feel like they’d face more discrimination if they leave consulting for industry? I’m an Asian woman and there’s a good number of us at Accenture… but going into industry where there is such an emphasis on “fit,” I feel like I’m being discounted during the interview process even though my resume and skills match the job description to a tee.

For those target schools esp. M7 schools, I assume MBB get the most applications for summer internships in Nov. I am genuinely curious what they look for because by the time you apply, you are not even through 1st semester at school. Does this mean, you get screened by your undergrad/work experience?

Also, do we know roughly how many they interview on campus? If 800 out of 1000 HBS 1st yr students apply, how many get to the interview round?

I have an interview this week with McKinsey. I just did a mock case with someone at the firm and it had to be the hardest case I’ve ever done. Any encouragement or advice would be really appreciated

I got interviews with three T2 strategy firms. I am waiting for a referral to go through from a fourth. This is probably the dumbest question ever, but… how much is enough? The process of looking for firms, contacting people and pitching myself to get a referral is beginning to get draining (I have no contacts, so I am literally cold calling dozens daily), and it takes away time from my case prep. I assume that out of 4 firms, with good case prep, at least one will give me an offer… right?
