What’s the proper etiquette for applying for a role with your client? I assume if we reach out first then it’s not an issue for the firm?

Can you recover from accepting a bad role at a good company? Trying not to beat myself up for accepting this role. Can’t decide if I want to wait it out a year, ask for my old job back, or just keep applying (from a resume, bridges, and comp perspective). All the talk of freezes and slowdowns have me depressed

How technical is the technical interview for a sr. Associate product management role at capital one?

Interview tomorrow and was asked to prepare situational examples. One of them is about integrity and being ethical at work. I’ve never really faced an ethical dilemma at work (except for my first job out of college where the founder of the company I worked at was insane and everyone left. But I don’t want to talk bad about a job experience that’s on my resume).

It’s been years since I have written code. I am not very eager to invest my time and effort In preparing and then ultimately failing. Equally worried about the work expectations where I may be asked to review code along with managing customers,sales and product team. Love it and hate it. Has anybody experienced this kind of a role?

Got a HR call - the job required relocation. The recruiter asked me if anyone else will be moving with me if I choose to relocate. I said “Yes”. They asked who? I said my husband will be okay if we choose to relocate. The recruiter then asked if I have “kids” who will be relocating. I thought this question was not required and kind-off sounded like a barrier to move forward in interview . Is this common to ask who is relocating with you?

“How do you resolve conflict” interview question? I have 5 YOE and have never been part of a workplace conflict. I like to consider myself extremely easy to work with and I’ve been lucky to be part of teams with individuals that are really competent and easy to work with. I feel like this is a very generic interview question and I have no idea tbh how I would answer it - how would you respond?

Pilot is a cadet pilot scheme starting from the very bottom with a flag carrier in Asia. I’ve been in consulting for a number of years, while I don’t necessarily like consulting but the pay is probably better, so having a tough time deciding.

I have an interview with KPMG for a contractor position (HCM consultant). What kind of questions should I expect? Any tips what I should mention on specific standard questions? I'm so used to answering tech questions in interviews and not really on answering case study questions/methodologies. Any tips /advice? Thanks.

I am a senior consultant with Capgemini for over 3 years now and have been with my current client for about the same. A job opportunity has come up with my client and I am very interested in interviewing and the clients feel the same way however I am not sure if a non-compete will affect this in anyway. does anyone have an experience with leaving their firm to join a client?

Why do recruiters set up a call with me, say they'll back to me about a next interview, then tell me the firm currently isn't hiring for the role? Why even have the job posting in the first place?

Interviewing at PwC. Is it normal for a SA role (internal services) to have a salary of 70-75k?

Is the industry basically back to being required to travel 50%+ or is it only for certain practices? I keep having that come up in my interviews as a requirement.

What do you do for case study preparation?

I have one scheduled for the beginning of January and would like to feel more confident approaching it. My last case interview could not have gone worse so trying to shake the fear. I know there's a lot of info online for preparation but what golden nuggets would more experienced person offer up? Ideally looking for broad framework I can mentally reference during the interview.

While interviewing for a job and answering a simple behavior question. The interviewer make the statement “Obviously your educated”. Interviewer white male candidate African American women. What would you make of this statement?

Has anyone done an interview where you have to analyze a bunch of data, then create a deck and present it?
Any tips, this seems fairly different from a regular case interview?
