Considering a move to industry. Have worked 5 years in consulting. Interviewing currently at the Director /VP level at banks and wondering what the base + salary + age range is.

Interview coming up at Viacom. What’s the culture like these days? Fair comp? Is remote-only option available? Would be for a Director/Executive level role(s). TIA!

So I think I’m ready to find a new job. I’ve been at my current company since I got out of school and I just feel like it’s time for a change. I was wondering what the best method is when it comes to job hunting. Should I be going through the interview process one company at a time, or just go crazy with applications and try and get as many interviews set up as I can?

I have 1.5 YoE. It's been 5 months in ICICI bank as an analyst in Data science grp. My skill sets include SQL, python and ML. Prior to ICICI I was in a Supply Chain start up which was not fully analytics profile. Now, my CTC is 4.55 LPA but during interview the HR agreed on 5.5 lpa. So my question is am I under paid?

I have 2nd round (final?) with EY for Product Manager position. I am being told that’s it’s the same as first round but at different level (first was with Manager, this is with Senior Manager). I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

How do I easily find any cells that are hard coded vs formula? I have 10,000 rows of data and column F is supposed to be a formula based on columns C and D, without clicking into all 10k cells in column F how can I make sure formulas are there and not accidentally hand keyed over?
