Process on the day of interviews will probably be 3 or so interviews (with a partner or two and managers/senior managers) on the same day with a break for coffee (with maybe some seniors).
Similar to how it is for all firms, don’t really deviate from the script
Following this. What is the usual turn around time of letting the interviewer know if they got the job or not and who usually notifies the candidate
A week or less if they really want you
Probably some situational type questions. For example, tell me a time when you:
-Had to deliver constructive feedback
-dealt with conflict, difficult staff/manager/client
-reached a big milestone
This is how they should ask the questions. Few do though, but good idea to be prepared.
Just be yourself and be ready to speak about your experiences (good, bad, & ugly, faults, areas of excellence, etc). If you have 3-4 major points you want to get across, it’s a good idea to see if you can mix them into your responses if you can’t answer with them directly.
Update: the interview next week is final in person interview and it’s going to last one hour only. Just me talk to two partners? Need some input here.
just stress you're a team player and try to find some mutual interests with them...
