Any ex-consultants who have FP&A experience interested in a corporate finance / FP&A manager role with a growth stage SaaS business in the travel industry. Reach out if so.

Anyone able to give genuine advice on how a Senior Consultant can (i) perform well in current role and (ii) advance to manager? It's a mix of both performing solidly as SC and showing signs that I can handle the next level, but would be very grateful if someone experienced can shed some light! #mentorship

Pricing strategy manager at mid-tier tech - $150k TC

Strategy & business development senior analyst at mid-tier entertainment company - $110 TC

Concerned about exits in the first role. Concerned about immediate growth and low salary in the second role. Thoughts?

It seems like changing companies every 2-4 years is the best way to having your salary increase exponentially. Is this true for audit, specifically B4? Many people in audit tell me to stay till manager so that I can exit into a more senior role, which I don’t doubt, but I feel like the salary wouldn’t be as high compared to someone in my class who has already exited and bounced companies. Also if you recommend jumping companies, how many years should it be till I do so?

Moving on to the Loop with Amazon. The recruiting coordinator is requesting some information - 1) Are you actively interviewing and 2) Total compensation expectations. How would you respond? This is for a Sr. Product Manager role.

Has anyone (preferably in US/Europe/Canada) worked at TCS/Tata? I have not seen many good things about the company on this app. However, I'm interviewing for a manager role with salary range $120-$150k and I'm currently making $95k. I left a Big 4 making $82k at lead specialist level. All this is to say that the salary range is very appealing to me, especially if it's closer to $150k. What is so terrible about TCS or are people just speculating? Thanks for any insight!

wen you make it to the 3rd round (1st round Hr, 2nd round hiring manager, 3rd round panel of senior manager & VP of Finance) do you think there is others I am competing with at that stage or I am the only one and they are just trying to get final approval/ double checking for red flags before they hire me?

Hi All. i am currently working as a credit risk modeller/analyst. I have two offers at hand:
1. crisil as lead analyst. The work will be regarding model building (PD LGD EAD models), validation, and monitoring for bank wholesale portfolios.
2. Bajaj Finance as Risk manager (cluster manager). The role is techno-functional as told by hiring manager.
The salary offered in both is same around 23 lpa including variables.
I have limited knowledge Bajaj Finance job? Please guide.
