Any insights on the London Big 4 bonus range for SM (tax)?

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere. On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.
