So a fellow group member and shareholder posted an opening for an entry level associate at their firm and wrote a long dissertation of how special the firm and their commitment to associate training etc.... The member also pointed out that this is a rare and special opportunity to join their firm because they have only previously hired attorneys with 5+ years of experience. The salary offered is $45k a year! Unbelievable! I pointed out the salary was bottom of the barrel and now am out of line?

Any advice on quitting without a two week notice? I’m at a regional boutique and we’ve had 3/4 of our other analysts leave and I’ve had to pick up the slack with no comp increase. I’m absolutely done and do not want to give a notice. My associate or VP who left earlier this year can be used as a reference so I’m not worried about that.
