Anyone have a recent Canadian ad salaries survey they can share? Or the APG Canada Salary Survey that still hasn’t been shared publicly yet? Worked to the bone and underpaid, and since no one seems to be hiring planners atm, trying my best to get paid (at least closer to) what I’m worth and any evidence of salary bands per title helps. Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

Is it possible to link a title on a PowerPoint slide to other slides in the presentation? (Like how in Excel you can link to other cells so you don't have to keep filling in the same information)

Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I just keep feeling anxious that I’m not meeting expectations and feel reluctant to ask for help. Anyone in the same boat?

Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. Its all about increasing sales of a product that people could easily live without. As an Associate, I just move boxes around on PPT slides all day. Looking for better WLB and fulfillment in my work, thinking that might be Public Sector work.
