What is an estimated base salary range for FSO Consulting Manager (say M2 in MCOL city)? Also, what is typical bonus, raise and promo raise to Sr Mgr? Thanks in advance.

Leaving this summer to PE, bonus pays in June. When should I give notice? Don’t want to burn bridges but don’t want to risk a slashed bonus (or none at all)

EY GDS is offering 18 lpa and senior consultant 1 roles + 1 lpa join in bonus+VP 10%
PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.
YOE : 2 + MBA from tier 2
Location: same for both

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Maybe a dumb question for a lawyer, but is it normal to not be allowed to review an invention assignment agreement and post-employment restrictive covenant agreement at the offer letter stage?
