Capital One - Senior Associate HR Consultant salary?

Does anyone know what the Amazon salary band / level is for a Biz Ops / Strategy Senior Managers (I looked on levels and Glassdoor already, but data wasn’t great on either for this role)? I’m assuming ~275-350, but would love any intel.

Currently a supply chain manager (L5) at Amazon. Any pros/cons to considering a flip to supply chain and operations strategy consulting at EY (as a senior consultant)? I got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn and trying to decide if it’s worth going through the process. Current comp. Structure -
$107,250 base, $21k stocks, $7k bonus being paid our monthly currently.

Is an exit to Guidehouse for a 30% pay bump as a senior consultant (2 yoe, currently a senior consultant at EY) worth it? Looking for a jump in salary but also a better wlb

Great WLB, much lower COL for very similar comp, great opportunity for building analytical skillsets

Google, APMM
More product focused, provides great learning opportunities in marketing, better brand name, more exciting industry, but is an entry level role

As a senior 2 transferring from core tax to M&A tax what salary range should I be asking for?

Went from Senior Consultant at a sub-Big 4 accounting/consulting firm at $85K +$5K signing bonus to an offer for Associate VP at a tech startup at $100K plus $5K signing bonus, $5K anniversary bonus (?) and stock options. Is this a good move?

The anniversary bonus is something over never seen before. Part of me fears that they fear that I won't stick around/survive for a full year...

Hi guys, I'm a CCARS risk modeler and looking to jump banks. I have 6 years of experience at major banks and credit rating agencies, live in a high cost of living city, and am a senior analyst/associate. What kind of base salary do you think I could expect? I tried Glassdoor but it wasn't super helpful (the closest job description they have enough data for is "quantitative modeler", which includes a lot of fintech-style jobs that aren't entirely comparable).

120 at IBM consulting for senior consultant or 95 at Mck for analyst position? Mck does have a 15-22k performance bonus where as IBM has no bonus. Heard its easier to get promoted at IBM tho.

Hi folks, need some advice choosing between offers received from Accenture, Deloitte and Wipro. Role level is similar at senior manager equivalent (similar level as my current role). Accenture and Deloitte offering 20% raise and Wipro about 30% plus they have higher bonus component so pay wise Wipro has highest offer.

Deloitte and Accenture had very long interview process and especially Deloitte which took too long. Slightly confused what will be good for me. I am into technology consulting.
