Startup Corp Dev Comp?

Got an offer for a corporate development role at a pre-ipo startup. Senior manager title but not really meaningful as it’s a startup, essentially I’ll be the only corp dev guy outside of the c-suite.

205k USD cash comp + 115K USD options (net value at current private valuation). IPO likely to happen over the next year.

Wondering if anyone knew a rough TC comp range to expect for a company at this stage? I’m weighing this role vs an IBD VP role (BB).

I am getting an offer in a different team at my existing company. My VP has dropped me a meeting invite for discussion where I'm assuming they'll talk about my "value", salary adjustments etc. Could you guys help me with some pointers to ensure things are cool and smooth?

I’m being considered for an an Assistant Controller role and have a final “meeting” with the Controller and VP of Finance.

The recruiter let me know Im the only remaining candidate being considered, so the Controller and VP of Finance want to talk on Friday to discuss long-term strategies for the accounting department and company, the immediate challenges facing the team, and any other questions I may have.

Other than compensation/benefits questions, is there anything I should ask them? (cont)

What’s fair range for a VP CD salary in NY?

Went from Senior Consultant at a sub-Big 4 accounting/consulting firm at $85K +$5K signing bonus to an offer for Associate VP at a tech startup at $100K plus $5K signing bonus, $5K anniversary bonus (?) and stock options. Is this a good move?

The anniversary bonus is something over never seen before. Part of me fears that they fear that I won't stick around/survive for a full year...

EY GDS is offering 18 lpa and senior consultant 1 roles + 1 lpa join in bonus+VP 10%
PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.
YOE : 2 + MBA from tier 2
