Help. I’m struggling to find a job that’s $120k and up. I keep getting recruiters reach out on LinkedIn but for half of the salary. Im in the oil and gas, currently working for Philips 66.

Any idea on maybe what positions I should be looking for within this range?

I have 15 years of supply chain experience, transportation and freight forwarding. I also have an MBA. Would like a hybrid, or remote but open to anything.

I am holding two offers,

1. Tiger Analytics for Senior DE role, WFH.
2. Fractal for DE role, 6 weeks DE Training later project, WFH.

Finding both companies similar in terms of project. Please help pick one.

If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. All companies are providing wfh currently, newgen is providing permanent wfh. Tech Mahindra have high chances of onsite opportunity (Indonesia).

Does PayTM(Payment gateway team) allow permanent wfh?

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality.
