I’m a petite woman - 5ft. Looking for an ergonomic work chair with good back and neck support, also easy on the bum. Have been working for 12 hours a day everyday since March. Paid $600 for a work chair (back in April) which gives me amazing back and neck support but my bum has started hurting so bad now. 🥺

Does anyone have recommendations for specific products for an ergonomic desk setup? I currently use a small desk, my laptop, and a travel monitor. Silly question- but how do you work from home? I could do it in small amounts and with small projects with simple things. But I can’t do any type of excel work or testing on my small laptop. Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.
