Work-Life Balance

Hey Sharks,
My last working day is this Thursday. Work life balance is bad but project and tech stack is good.

My current organisation has asked me if I could work in case they change my base location to my hometown (hybrid wfh).
They want to retain me as they have only 5-7 lakh budget remaining for the project and there is no backup who will take over my work.

I did not interview anywhere else as I needed some break (1 month) before going back to work.
Need suggestions on what should I do

Mindtree - 18 (initially remote)
Ibm - 21+15%var+1jb (wfo)
Applied Materials - 21+ 10%var +1jb (initially remote)
Amex - 23+ 2var+1jb (hybrid)
Lowe's - 18+2var (wfh)

Please help me to draw some decision for below mentioned offers I have.

I am looking for Work Life balance, less work pressure, Job security, wfh flexibility, learning & promotion (I am concentrating on salary)


1) Persistent ( giving almost 8 months wfh at Nagpur, then wfo Pune - 22 LPA with 3 lakh JB)

2) Johnson Controls Pune (wfo, 22 fixed , 2 lakh variable, 1 lakh bonus)

3) Varian Medical Systems Pune ( wfo, 21.5 fixed, 2 lakh variable )

Pros :
Good office
Wfh to some people of choices
Some are being asked to come office
Good ctc
Less deductions

Cons:
Work life balance depends on project , it will be hell in many of projects
Some of the projects have micromanagement

Not at all recommend joining here , if you have counter , go with other options , ctc won’t determine your peace or happiness here

Does it provide wfh/PWFH? Will manager approve it.
Job security (since Nagpur office smaller in size)

Does it have micromanagement?

Salary/Promotion is not on priority but WFH/PWFH & work-life balance, work culture will be.

Amex is hybrid in Gurgaon and Lowes can be wfh.

Hope everyone is doing good. I am going through a lot of stress from six months. The issue is i am having 4 years of IT experience. Six months back i have joined my 3 rd company in which they are offering me 22 LPA and permanent work from home. But when i joined there, i did not have proper work life balance and daily i have worked 18hrs including weekends. I have stayed there for 45 days and absconded from there and joined another company with less package 15 LPA(1/2)

Recently I switched to a startup in US property valuation with great culture and WFH. They had laid off few employees in July and I panicked. Now I have an offer from a big private bank in retails mortgage space with less work life balance & culture, pay is same. I like my current company culture and work, should I join a big brand and switch industry or stay & try my luck with current company?

Offer 1 - another accounting firm with great opportunities, awesome PTO, 17 holidays and 2 weeks off

Offer 2 - industry / private company offering same pay as offer 1 with work life balance with less PTO and hybrid position (3 days in office and 2 wfh)

1. What CTC can I expect? Current is 13 fixed, 2-3 variable and 10-12% hike in March. 1.5 yrs work ex in corp strat role, manufacturing. Have a offer from IB entry level analyst role also (21 fixed). Also, have 2 lacs bonus I will have to pay back if I leave.

1. Do they give wfh for initial 3 to 4 months of joining or strictly it is wfo 2days/week
2. Any short term or long term onsite opportunity possible?
3. How about work life balance and job security?
4. How about hikes and incentives?
5. Virtual onboarding or direct onboarding?

Companies wants there employees to be back to office. IT professional needs relocation to metro cities like Bangalore ,Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune since all the companies have majority of offices in these locations. These cities are already grappling with there own issues like pollution, high traffic, water problem, less work life balance. Why not the companies allow WFH or open micro offices in tier 2 cities. So that employees of the nearby region can join from there.

Infosys 17 LPA (15% variable)
Concentrix Catalyst 20 LPA (All fixed)
WFH for both companies.

Which is better to join?
I have a lil one(2yrs) to look after so I want work life balance.
