Just signed a new employment contract! Any tips for coming up with a good 90 day gameplan? There's nothing like new sales guy energy. The less you know the easier it is I've always found. Hi everyone. I am having a rough time with morale at my company. The issues can be traced back directly to senior leadership, and I have rolled up the feedback and issues time and time again. I am no longer sure what to tell employees who come to me for help. We just launched an engagement survey (my last ditch effort to get senior leaders to LISTEN). Any advice on how best to coach employees through this if I am losing hope that things will change?

Workday HELP! I need an amazing consultant or contact who can help us fix our workday woes. I’m not in charge of workday but I’m determined to fix it. We have massive issues with the complexity and ever changing security/permissions/workflows implemented by our system analysts. Every couple of months it changes and we all have to relearn simple tasks again. The analysts try to blame the users but I know it’s more than that.

I worked at a B4 for a little under a year, got laid off, and took an opportunity as the sole staff accountant at a pre-IPO startup that’s preparing to IPO. Been here for around 9 months. I have a hand in contributing to the design of our accounting processes which feels meaningful but ultimately the controller has the final say, and I don’t decide anything requiring judgement. Would I be fit for senior accountant industry positions after a year here?
