I have 3 offers in hand
Company A - 18.5
Accenture - 20 fixed and 5 lakh variable
Company C - start up and supposed to work at client location Apple
25 LPA fixed

Till today I was planning to join company C but got to know that it is bit harsh towards employees and only cares till we are with the client and once we are out our salary is stopped and even we might be thrown out .

Am nervous and have only 15days left in NP.

My L1A Individual Visa was filed to USCIS from my previous organization but before approval and I could utilize it I changed the organization..

Now any way I can transfer/utilize it?
I worked very hard to get it and reach till this point but now look like no use of it..i m really feeling sad.. :(
