Deloitte FL/PR is turning into a joke.. if firm morale wasn't already suffering from layoffs, they increase minimum hours through December while half the offices are unassigned. Abandon ship.

I know they say you burn bridges if you leave during a busy time, but how should that really sway my decision to leave? I want to change industries and move to another city. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working on real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently base $80k with only 20% bonus. On top of that I have about 5 years experience. I’m good at my job and receive good reviews from everyone. I feel like I could be compensated better but the company says that’s what they think I’m worth. Any help or insights would be great!
