What’s the minimum total comp I should get if asked to move to SF or NY from a LCOL city? I have 2 yoe

Do you ever just want to drop everything, leave PA and travel for 6-12 months? I’m 3.5 years in, almost a CPA and content in my job, but for a solid year that thought has entered my mind many times.

Currently in busy season for tax but leaving the firm in a month. How can I get through this without dealing with it? I am completely burn out.

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.
