One of my friend got offer from UHG (Optum) 3 months back as contractor at 8.5lpa his previous salary was 5lpa, now within 3 month he got offer to be a permanent employee in UHG (Optum) , how much hike he should demand (or is it even ok to demand ?)

Pro tip I wish I received: when lateraling back up your phone before leaving so you don’t lose it’s contents when your previous firm remote-factory resets the device.

I’m sending close out emails and don’t want to be disingenuous. What do you say when it was NOT a pleasure working with someone? Looking for ideas on how to close out the message.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
