I gave in my resignation with a 3-week notice period. Always got good feedback from my manager and we generally got along well.
Yesterday he made this comment in front of my team when he made the announcement. "Don't let the door hit you on the way out". In context we were discussing how to reassign my projects. He then laughed like it was a joke, and I didn't react.
Should I bring this up in a 1-1 meeting or let it go? Is this humour or plain sarcasm?

The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A. I’m looking for some advice and/or to vent a little. I’ve been looking for a sales job specifically to pivot into tech sales and I’m getting rejected non stop and it’s really starting to weigh on me and ruin my confidence.

The positives are, I’m actually getting interviews- about 5 so far, I get to the later/last rounds but can’t seem to close the deal. I’ve tried learning from each experience, and taking that as growth for the next interview but it hasn’t worked.
I have 7yrs total sales exp.
