I’m in my 3rd Quarter as an SDR and we’re paid on meetings booked. All Qs in 2021 and Q1 ‘22 goal were 21/Q… Q2 increased to 35 (with 0 evidence that we could hit this number)… no one hit it but we still did our best Q yet.

We’re < 1 week from the end of Q3. Our goal was 35, but as of 2 weeks ago they told us it has changed. They did not tell us how it changed, just that it had. They still have not given us our commission structure. We don’t know how we’re being paid this quarter.

What platform or consulting firm would you recommend to help a company build out a new and improved onboarding process that emphasizes on training in the IT space (Manage Service Provider)? Once the orientation with HR is completed and the hand off of the new hire to the manger takes place is gap in proper training on the role ans technology's (sales and IT dept). The new management team has been in place for for over a year. Nothing has ever been in place prior for them to work off of


Nearly a year in on a shrinking SDR team.
I am finding it increasingly unlikely that I'll be able to get off this team over to MM AE until the empty seats have been filled and brought up to speed.
At this point a move sideways into an AE role elsewhere is looking better and better.

Should I be patient or just take the leap?
Any tips on best positioning that in an interview?

Health tech company with a semi-luxury D2C service, $1k - $3k price point. Semi Brand Recognition with FB + IG marketing to generate leads in the Bay Area.

Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion.

After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. They’ll get around 750 leads per month, converting at a 5% conversion rate.

I’m an Enterprise AM currently (6+ years of total closing experience in SaaS) but looking to make a change sometime in the next 18-24 months. My dad's health remains critical so TCS as a co. helps me take care of him.(Brain Haemorrhage+LHS Paralysis)
Problem is my 50% of sal is band dependent.
Have got 2 continuousAs .Tfactor - 3.06.
My question is ,can I get an offer outside and get 30% within tcs and convert elevate incentive into personal allowance section?

I recently took a remote job as I needed it for some stability. Normally, I much rather stay self employed but for now, I need the steady paycheck.

I was able to get a full time salaried job that was remote and exactly what I was looking for.

However, upon my first day (today) I found out I need to sign a non compete. It also mentions an invention disclosure if I ideate it

This has me a bit concerned as I have a startup (in hibernation for now) that I worry could be at risk if I signed it.
