Putting in my 2 weeks tomorrow after starting the worst job I’ve ever had in September. Never thought I’d be the one to jump so quickly but here I am. A part of me wants to just not give the two weeks since I haven’t even been here that long and I’ll be burning bridges anyway but I guess I should just suck it up

I have a little over a year of experience as a Partner Success Manager at a Tech company. My company is looking to do salary negotiations this year. When I started out, my base was 70k plus commission of 10k minimum extra. Curious to know what others are making as a PSM and also looking for other opportunities!

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? I started full time at an agency mid pandemic so have never once worked in the office. I find myself working 50+ hour weeks even from home. Everyone who says "I can't wait to be back at the office" - are they really serious? To tack on commute time and public transit anxiety, wake up at the crack of dawn. Will working from the office somehow decrease the work load and increase productivity? Genuinely curious who wants to go back and why.

I got an offer for Deloitte as a new consultant.
I applied for EY and PwC for business transformation and management consulting respectively.

My offer for Deloitte expires soon. I emailed both firms on yesterday politely asking if there's an update.
The thing is I'm more attracted to PwC/EY lines i applied to.

Has anyone heard back from these firms? I don't want to burn any bridges w/ Deloitte by accepting and then decline if a better off comes along.
