What recommendations do you have for creating and updating a VCard file for about 150 employees? I want something to deliver new hires, I also need to be able to update it periodically?

Looking for career advice. 8 total YOE and 3 1/2 in sales specifically. Just over 3 YOE with an industrial IoT company selling mostly hardware and some custom software solutions and occasionally cloud connectors as an inside sales engineer. I'm about to finish an Enterprise software sales internship at IBM but will need to find a job as a contingency in case things don't work out. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
