I have 2 Job Offers in SoCal. Both are associate marketing manager… one at Taco Bell, and one with Mattel. Mattel is a global role, TB is U.S. centered. I come with CPG background, and want to continue working down the general management track.

Does anyone in this group have experience with either of those companies or roles like that. I am having a hard time making a decision, and any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
