I’m looking for some examples of an employee recognition program. Does anyone have something they are willing to share? We are starting from scratch.
How do you communicate with employees who don't want to wear masks? Unbelievable to me people still have issues grasping this need.
HELP: I have been a TA for 5 yrs, and prior my role was HR/recruiter.I have tried to get out of TA and move into HR but I am having a difficult time. I have applied to entry level HR roles, simply to “start” fresh, and have not seen any luck for 2yrs.It’s not that I don’t like TA, but my company has no growth option and I am stuck at a dead end, unless a magical spell is casted. I have also applied to other TA roles as well, in hope to get industry experience. How can I better market myself?

I recently moved to a new company. As I get access to all the systems, I noticed that I have access to HR function (peers, managers) data within the HRIS system and other sources. I am not planning to look at the data but I'm concerned that peers can see my compensation, etc., if I can see theirs. At the company I came from, HR data was extremely safeguarded and restrictive within our systems. Is this something I should bring up to my manager?
NEW TECHNOLOGY ALERT! I just received a Beta link to try out an upcoming feature in Pipedrive. They added the ability to prospect from their Leads tab digitally. You put in the search criteria, and their search engine will go out and pull in contacts or companies based on your search. From there, you can add the lead to your leads section. The person-based leads I have found thus far have had an email address, phone numbers, and LinkedIn links. Give it a look if you can. It is pretty neat.

Anyone have advice when needing to demote leaders who are not performing back to an IC role? Best practices or mistakes to avoid?
Currently, we're using JazzHR for our ATS and importing new hires in ADP WorkForce Now, our HRIS and where we run payroll. JazzHR has been great, and ADP has mostly been a pain. We're also using Concur for expenses. Just did a demo with Paycom and was generally really pleased, except the ATS which seems really bare bones compared to JazzHR. Is it worth trading the ease and functionality of our standalone ATS to get an all-in-one solution?

It seems that management doesn’t always understand that employee engagement is tied to many things such as work/life balance, benefits, workload, etc. Any ideas on how to present this type of info to management? We have already done an engagement survey and delivered results but there is lack of action planning which is also not heavily backed up by leadership. Any ideas on how to deliver this message so it makes an impact?
