Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

I made it to regional manager for a franchise by age 22. Ran a successful financial practice & sold by the age of 33. Took 2 years off and built a health & wellness coaching platform for my wife (medical provider). Then, the last 2.5 yrs, have been a top producer in Saas sales as a senior account executive. I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?
