What does Sales Enablement mean to you? Does anyone here work in some type of Sales Enablement roll currently?

Does your company offer an insurance payout to employees who opt out of your insurance plan and if so how much? We do, however we think it’s too low of an offering and would like to increase it. We want it to be logical from a financial standpoint.
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
Looking to learn more about how others determine the correct cadence to advertise for evergreen requisitions or invitations to join a talent pool without over saturating the audience?
How documented and transparent is the performance evaluation process at your orgs? Do your orgs go out of their way to publish the process broadly to employees?
We have a lot of inexperienced managers and leaders throughout the company. I wanted to propose bringing on a L&D leader who has experience creating long-term curriculums for managers and executives. For those that have a management training philosophy, who runs it and how often,m?
Hi HR community! Anyone have a good “huddle” program they put in place, to surround high potential, high performers? Want to make sure my program encompasses best practices out there.
How is your company handling PTO/vacation specifically if it’s a “use it or lose it” policy? Are you still requiring employees to use it in 2020, or will there be leniency to move it to next year?
After working as TA for the past 2 years in my first ever HR job, I have Been thinking about looking for my next stage in my HR career. I was wondering what would you recommend me doing in this search, as other then these 2 years I don’t have experience or certifications?
Does the word “inclusion” do more harm than good? What if the panel we simply said “Diversity & Equity”? My thought here is that inclusion insinuates that anyone who isn’t in the “majority” needs to feel “included”, which could be somewhat off putting. Shouldn’t the goal be for everyone to feel equal instead of simply feeling included? I’d love to get some opinions on this!
Do you ever get conscious telling people that you work in HR? I feel like there is a stigma against our profession.
I've been using https://www.contactsplus.com/ to maintain my customer co tact entries. Give it a look if yall have had customers shifting jobs and companies.
Good Afternoon and Happy Friday everyone! I work for a larger fulfillment center and I am tasked with coming up with some new ideas to do for team member engagements. Usually once a week we hand out cookies, chips or popcorn with Gatorade. This is for close to 1200 team members. Does anyone have any great ideas?
What are your policies for drug testing? If tested positive for marijuana is that a terminable offense?
Thinking about moving to Los Angeles. What’s the best neighborhood/area for someone who’s a foodie, wants to be relatively close to the beach, safe neighborhood and does not have a car?
I am a Canadian. I have a wealth of experience in Education and Educational Leadership (Doctoral Level). I am looking for a position in Southern California. I would require sponsorship. Leads? Ideas? Thoughts??
Currently, we're using JazzHR for our ATS and importing new hires in ADP WorkForce Now, our HRIS and where we run payroll. JazzHR has been great, and ADP has mostly been a pain. We're also using Concur for expenses. Just did a demo with Paycom and was generally really pleased, except the ATS which seems really bare bones compared to JazzHR. Is it worth trading the ease and functionality of our standalone ATS to get an all-in-one solution?
Currently interviewing with BCG. Please share your transition experience from BIG4 to BCG. Thank you.
Does D publish separation rates at different levels? I'm wondering what % of SCs become mgr vs leave voluntarily vs are let go/laid off. I wonder if this number is the same between fed and commercial.
I’m currently a Senior in Technology Assurance practice in the Bay Area. Consistent Top 10% performer in terms of utility for the past 2 years. My client base is mainly large Banking and mid-large Cloud-based tech companies in the area. I’m looking to move to one of the Asian offices HK or Singapore for Big 4 or another firm. Does anyone know a recruiter or can provide a referral?
Great quote form Mimi Slater of @cosbar on motherhood and work: “I don’t think my career path has changed because I became a mother. But, I think my approach to work has changed for the better. I didn’t realize how hard it would be to leave a 12-week-old at home, but I’m so glad I forced myself to get to work in those early days. It took me a while to get back into the swing of things, but now I think that being a mother is a total asset in the workplace. I don’t waste a minute of my workday. I’m better at juggling priorities, and I think I’m more empathetic, certainly towards other working parents.”
Up for Manager promo in ~18 months and need to pass a certification (most likely CISA). However recently I’ve realized what I’m doing now is not for me long term and want to get my MBA to pivot. Worth it to go straight for GMAT studying instead of certification given the short timeline?
I know KPMG is highly regarded around here, but how does it compare to client-side technology roles in DS? Interviewing at the SM level
I miss the in person contacts. Not seeing my coworkers for a long time, I have become cynical. I don't know if my boss's kindness to me is genuine, or she's just manipulating me. Video call is not a culture in my team, when my leaders are not building it.
I’m an HR Generalist. My job is a mix of recruitment and Employee Relations. I find the recruitment aspect to be pretty enjoyable and stress free, but the Employee Relations aspect does often give me a lot of anxiety (I’m a very anxious person to begin with). Recently, it’s been worse because I have several ER cases currently that seem like they could be potentially turning into lawsuits. Do others in ER experience these anxieties? If so, how do you manage them?
Dinged after the final round of yet another interview. It’s hard to express with words how dejected I feel. I put my heart and soul into each of the SEVEN rounds I went through and prepared more than 20 hours for a final presentation just to be send a voicemail of my rejection. I don’t know how to move forward yet again with a horrible taste in my mouth
After months of carrying two computers I finally found a use for the client laptop...applying for jobs while on the road.
What are the best case interview prep resources out there today? I know Victor Cheng / Case in Point from the early part of this decade. What’s more recent and better to recommend to candidates?
When did “mass” leave "mass communication”? Seems like everything I’m asked to do lately is so that 12 people see it on YouTube and we can write up a case study.
Hey guys! So yesterday, I was in the running for 2 positions in the same division at Goldman Sachs, got invited yesterday to go for a 3rd position after they submitted my HireVue, all of this is in the Salt Lake City office. They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. Just looking to see what the chances of getting an offer or anything like that.
Delta agent just told me I can't stand by in Toronto, and apparently there are no lounges open in the terminal to people flying transborder to the US (I have PP.) TF is this madness??
Let’s take a Staff 2 salary in FSO and compare to a Staff 2 salary in National. Is there any difference? For comparison’s sake, let’s say the city is Washington DC.
What do you do when a project is going way too well... It's an uneasy feeling when there aren't fires to put out or a hard to please client.
