Anyone got a six figure base as an AE? Hunting around for companies with 6-fig base and similar commission. Seems to be mostly field / enterprise pay.

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I already have the SHRM-SCP. . would it be a value add to go for the SPHR as well?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Living in my parents house, which NEEDS a makeover. What do you guys do to make your house look cozier? My parents house is tiny, low ceiling, and no seperate on between kitchen and the living room. It literally looks like a grandma house.

Should I just use catalogs? Or should I hire an interior designer? Do you have any tips? My biggest issue is that it looks disorganized no matter what because there’s no distinction between when the kitchen ends and when the living room starts
