FAANG (or MANGA) companies seem to be the holy grail for lots of people exiting BIG4 or even banking/consulting types looking for finance analyst type roles in industry.

Anecdotally, the pay & culture seems good at those companies, but are there significant cons to "finance analyst" type roles in those orgs which would deter you from working from them? (I.e work hours, progression etc?)

Which firms have you been burned by in Charlotte in the past, whether in terms of experience working there, culture, interviews, or even as a buyer?

Does anyone tell the truth in exit interviews? About to have mine and not sure whether to be honest about partners who were bullies, backwards culture, etc?
