According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, b2c, b2b and account management as well as sales management. I’ve got great skills and enthusiasm to give to a great employer!

Why is it taking forever to get an offer letter… I got a verbal offer but still waiting for the official letter for 2weeks. Recruiter gives me heads up that it’ll take couple of weeks but still.. i’m so nervous. Should i concern? My mental is about to go crazy haha

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. My 4th grade class didn’t show up today because the teachers are upset that student behaviors that are an issue in music are carrying over to their classroom. I understand their frustration, but nothing was communicated with me. I even thought things were going better this week.
