I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). Hello All, I have an interview scheduled with Amazon for .net developer with AWS role. What kind of questions I can expect

My current YoE 7 and CCTC is 8.5 . Tech Stack is MSBI. I have seen colleagues left and got ~20LPA package. But though having excellent technical rounds companies are saying we can offer you upto 16LPA(I have seen that highest) dur to low CCTC. My expectation is 18LPA fixed but didn't able to get till now. Basically I use to opt out if I don't get 18LPA. Trying since last 3 months no luck. Is there any way to get that desired amount by not showing any offer in hand ?

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.
