Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Nothing... you use CSR for only travel and dining.
You should also keep the Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited in your wallet to rotate categories as applicable to maximize points. The reason to keep them all under Chase is you can transfer points and redeem on the CSR.
Huh?
Both! Get 2 cards and switch off - 1% with rotating monthly 5% categories (such as Discover) and pair it with a strong point card with high reward (Chase Sapphire is my favorite)
I mean with the comparison you’re giving me csr because I’d get 1.5% cashback if I use the travel center to redeem
Chase UR points are worth 1.82 cents each according to BoardingArea, so that’s effectively 1.82% back. (More than that though if you book through the UR portal)
Depends how much you value the flexibility of cash, but the most value would obviously be the CSR points. You'll get your best "easy to redeem" value by transferring those points to Hyatt: valued at ~1.8 cents per point
You can redeem CSR points for 1 cent a piece (1%), but can also use it for other things as well.
There is no reason to lock into only 1% cash back. Get that option value via the CSR.
Also the capital one Quicksilver is super easy to get and that’s just a standard no fee card with 1.5% cash back and no foreign transaction fees. Better than your 1%
CSR to buy flights at 1.5c per point which themselves earn more miles
