McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.

Does it really work for you? I can take 50 mg and nothing happens. Wide awake. However a little Benadryl knocks me out
Melatonin doesn't make me fall asleep, but it gives me the WEIRDEST dreams
Melatonin is most effective at sub 1mg doses... eating a lot of it just fucks your hormones. Source: been taking melatonin for 10 years to sleep
@Accenture1 headed to CLT/5:10AM flight. Melatonin works pretty well M - Thurs while at client (trying to accomplish set sleep pattern). But this 3AM shit does not help that...
