14 YOE making 175k as a strategy director at a well respected agency in a HCOL city. I’ve worked in different markets before moving to the US and have experience in different types of of strategy and agencies. Am I behind for my age in terms of salary or title?

They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask.
