24 y/o officer and it’s just started for me. My job is mostly desk work so getting a vertical mouse and an ergonomic keyboard have helped. Another thing is doing stretches and standing up while working occasionally. Another thing I do is a dead hang (the bottom part of a pull-up) for a couple of minutes in the morning before going in. Good luck!
Totally can relate! I've been doing cryotherapy for this very reason and I've really seen improvements. I only have access to a cold shower right now but the benefits for my joints/body aches have been remarkable.
I completely understand what you mean. I'm just turning 40, but I remember how tough it was when I first entered my 30s and my body was no longer able to keep up with the same intensity. It's been a difficult adjustment, but I've tried to focus on forms of exercise and stretching that are gentle and specially designed to help soothe the pains. I hope you're able to find something that helps keep your back feeling better!
