7 months late to opening a new 401k with my new employer (old one with Fidelity, new one with a small boutique provider with limited investment options which delayed me, but it was mainly attributed to laziness). Any advice on what I should do now? Don’t want to miss out on free money anymore. Should I lump sum a contribution as catch-up?
