I worked at two different food delivery companies with nearly polarized cultures. One was transparent and collaborative, allowing ideas to come from anywhere in the organization. Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit).
