Id say the SA band is a lot wider than what K2 said, so it depends on experience and your negotiation skills.
The experienced hires I’ve seen come in over this last year have been between 105-145k base, with the average being around ~130k. Home grown gets shafted and is closer to 100-125k.
K3 totally agree that I don’t know the band, those are just the salaries I’ve heard from a few friends in FT :) I’m in advisory SA1 and at $137k.
In short:
- no
- depends on service line
- senior to manager promo is give it take 20%
-whatever you negotiate
- based on contribution & utilization, high end 11-12%
Following.
But will mention that the SA comp range will vary depending on what practice you’re in.
SA signing bonus starts at $5k and can be negotiated upward
SA1 & KPMG1 looking at Finance Transformation
Not sure about FT but I’m experienced hire SA1 in advisory, had sign on bonus of $15k. Have heard anecdotally about SA’s ranging from $100-125k base in FT, but can’t verify what the bands are.
