I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

I think an L2, but able to demonstrate that you know what you're doing. Don't think you'd go for a total entry role.
If hired, you would get the level that the role is posted for.
I'll caveat this reply by saying that I am on the sales org, so there may be nuances in your business that I am not privy to. Being that you don't already have a Microsoft level as a watermark, I suggest applying for the L2 or both, if you think you have the appropriate skillset and experience for an L2.
I think you'll be fine, it's more so about your experience
