Accenture 🐠 - At what tenure are people typically promoted from Analyst->Consultant? What’s the typical jump in base salary? Thanks!

What kind yearly hike can be expected in TCS by lateral hires?? Would be great if some one can give a band wise estimate.
Also is the hike amount added to fixed components like basic and hra... or only in mva or qva components??

I have lots of Consumer experience (in my country) and I’m currently working in Pharma (in NYC), cause you know... I need to pay my bills. I’d like to go back to Consumer. Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.
