Accenture HR: When a prospective employer runs a background check, does HR tell them reason for leaving (quit, fired, etc.) or just dates of employment?
Was fired in September and wondering if I am required to tell them (upon asking why there’s a gap) if I was fired or just that I decided to leave.

I’m currently 6m pregnant so looking for a company that isn’t going to have a problem with my giving birth in 3m (looking for a miracle). 13 YOE in Marketing (Brand, Digital, Product, Ops). You name it, I’ve probably done it. Team management exp but not required in next role. I have been laid off going on 3 months now and I’ve never felt so discouraged in my life. This job hunt for me has been frustrating and draining. It really has taken a toll on my mental health and maybe even confidence. I feel like I’m losing momentum. Any advice on staying positive throughout this journey? It’s so hard to stay upbeat and motivated at times.

@PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral. Don't fall trap in the brand name @PWC.

How bad is it for a junior to push back against a completely psychotic mid level? I don’t know how this mid level hasn’t been fired because they are even rude and bossy to partners and are a nightmare for juniors. I’ve decided enough is enough and am now pushing back against their arbitrary deadlines and other insane and unnecessary asks. I rarely work with this person and have good reviews. Am I asking for trouble?
