2. Transport allowance: 900 one way, 1800 two ways p.m./ 21,600 p.a.
3. Internet: 1500 max p.m. (other than that, one time installation charges)
4. Tuition fee: Any certification related to your field. Like CFA, FRM etc. 3,00,000 p.a.

A3 sounds like the lamest employee we have. Get real points instead of MR bullshit. I consider it part of my compensation
I don't know a single soul that uses their corporate Amex. That's a few thousands a year in lost pay/benefits
Finance fishing hard tonight
By policy you're supposed to use the corporate AmEx for all reimbursable expenses. Whatever you're tempted to do by other cards (I'm talking to you,CSR...), I wouldn't chance using something else. For one it is a hell of a lot easier to import into myTE. For another violating that policy is a stupid BS reason to get a poor rating or lose your job.
Ive known plenty of consultants that have been promoted that didnt use their corp card for hotel/expenses. Generally for a project you just need tonstay within thr permitted costs guidelines.
Technically you should use your Corp card, not everyone does
Perfect that's what I'm looking to know. Gracias FB!
Interesting views. Yes, it's a policy violation. No, it's not a huge one. Yes, I've seen such minor things impact an individual's performance rating. Yes, that can have a $$ impact. Yes, you are welcome to work elsewhere if you don't like our rules. Yes, using the corp Amex does provide a whole bunch of insurance coverages in the event crap happens: rental car coverage, hotel room damage (don't laugh - one of my managers had a cracked toilet bowl, flooded 7 stories of a Marriott).....
You miss my point - 95% of the time it simply doesn't matter..... until the time it does.
