Hi Fishes I have been interviewing with Microsoft for the role of Product Manager done with 4 rounds.
I got a mail that I'm rejected
I reached out to the HR Team they mentioned, role is on hold along with many other roles
Anyone know how long this freeze is going to be ? people who already cleared most of rounds will be preferred when freeze opens ?
Please guide me as I've put all my Hopes on this role.

Is this a uniquely good opportunity? If not, I’d move on. At best, they’re pretty disorganized. The law is vast.
I would not contact another partner. Maybe try reaching out to recruiting. But I agree with L1 - they seem very disorganized.
I think it’s fine to follow up once more tactfully. A short note replying to your earlier notes makes most sense. I’ve been in this situation several times (both as a recruit and now as an associate). Partners can be super busy (and also disorganized with their emails). It’s worth sending another short follow-up note asking to connect, I think. Worst case: you don’t hear back again.
