I’d be very interested to hear how you achieved your goals. It’s a struggle! There are a lot of people out there preying on the desperation of women with PCOS and charging for sharing information that will help them physical, mentally, and emotional, so thank you in advance for sharing your tips! These PCOS coaches are starting to become toxic with the $$ signs in their eyes, especially when they don’t have the educational background/certifications/degrees etc. but are charging too $ for a one-pager.

I would be very interested to hear what you did. PCOS is brutal and I've dealt with it since my early 20s. Did you do intermittent fasting? I've heard mixed things about how that method affects female hormones, but I'd be very interested to hear what you did

It really is!! I include meal timing details in my guide (will share shortly in this thread), but to answer your question, I found my sweet spot to be 12-14 hrs fast max. It helps with digestion but didn’t stress me out. I finish eating dinner by 7 p.m. at the latest and eat breakfast around 9-9:30 a.m.

Please don’t fall into this sales tactic person. Fasting is dangerous for women it will damage your hormones. If you want to work on insulin resistance take berberine and do low carb and high protein diet, exercise is important also

I can comment in any place that I want. I’m trying to clarify people here that what works for you is not the solid formula. You cannot recommend fasting to women will messed up their hormones

OP I would love more information about this as well because I am struggling with this right now. I have hypothyroidism on top of PCOS and I can't seem to lose weight to save my life. I work out pretty regularly and I diet as well and its like I am not losing anything at all. Its driving me nuts.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible.
