You dont have to be on video all the time. I stopped doing it and only do for critical client calls. 7 hours before a video can be super stressful forget about the work after - You manage time by doing parallel tasks of the 5-6 hours while you are on a non-critical / calls where you are not presenting or actively talking. You are at SC level expect you to know this ..
What kind of psycho mandates 7h of back to back video calls. What's the benefit? Maybe just take a screenshot of your face and place it as a background
I started suggesting 15 minute calls. Helps a bit. Also just put up an OOO saying you’ll be back tomorrow (internal only). Ppl will understand the downtime. Unless you’re on the coronavirus task force in which case please wake the f up and get to work.
