Marsh & McLennan I am moving 2 hours from my office. My manager says i have to come 2 days to office. When i come to the office its only me and couple of other people. Depends on a lot of things like stock appreciation, performance, promo, etc. Tech has a phenomenon of four year cliff- you’ll see lots of ppl leave around that mark
You will receive additional grants and if you get promoted then you generally receive substantially more.
There is a cliff generally and that means compensation falls or plateaus at year 4 and with promotion it can come at year 4, 5, or 6.
It is a somewhat facilitated up or out model but exit opportunities are quite good.
