Amazon Recruiter is trying to get TC, I initially said a 140k base b4 the interviews. Now b4 the final loop for prep the recruiter talked compensation. She came back with a very low base and 160-180k total TC. The role is a L5 pre sales. I feel this is really below market and goes again their LP hire and develop the best. Any suggestion on negotiation? I asked for sometime to think before we discussed.
