Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

If you fly AA go with admirals club. If you fly delta or travel through airports that have Centurion Lounges on both ends and/or convenient to your terminal then go with AMEX Platinum.
If you live in DFW then AA. If you live in ATL, then Amex platty
Honestly, the Admiral’s club is probably worth it. Lots of locations and actual real amenities. Every Amex lounge I have ever been to has been annoyingly full, and while the food is good, it’s usually picked over. Additionally, they’re usually in the international terminals so can be difficult to enjoy unless to get the the airport early (even then I’ve had to clear security twice just to get to one).
Depends on what else you want to do with the card. Amex points will give you a lot of options to redeem points with many different airlines. There are also a lot of other perks to consider besides just lounge access (eg Uber credit)
You’re better off getting the CIti AAdvantage Executive card if you want AA lounge access than a stand-alone AAdmiral’s Club membership. Also easy to add authorized users (who also get AAdmiral’s Club access) to the Citi AAdvantage Executive Card
